SIS Plans, Organizes and Manages Projects through to Completion using Project Management Standards:
Initiating:
Acts as First Point of Contact for New Technology Based Projects Requiring ESSA Resources.
SIS collaborates with ESSA directors to assemble and prioritize technology requirements to identify and communicate IT resource and technology requirements to the IT Project Management Office. SIS also plans and coordinates projects that do not require IT resources but do require ESSA Business Analyst resources. SIS hosts a collaborative forum called SAIT - Student Administration Information Technology that includes IT, ESSA Directors and Partners to review projects requested, planned, in progress, or launched as well as any technology related concerns.
