How to Apply

Interested applicants must apply online to Cal State Apply.

Applications are accepted from October 1, 2018 until February 1, 2019 for Fall 2019 admission. The Nursing Department will hold a application lab on January 14, 2019, RSVP here.

Deadline for Transcripts is February 15, 2019.

Submit online CSUMB application via Cal State Apply and pay $55 application fee.

Download and completed the Background Information form and upload to your Cal State Apply application
