Admission Requirements for all Pathways

Program applicants must meet the following requirements to be admitted to the CSUMB RN/ADN to BSN Nursing program:

GPA

• Overall GPA ≥ 3.0
• Prerequisites GPA ≥ 3.0
• Nursing Program GPA ≥ 3.0
• Active unrestricted CA RN license

Nursing Program Prerequisites

• Human Anatomy with lab
• Human Physiology with lab
• Microbiology with lab
• Chemistry with/without lab (general, inorganic or integrated )
• Statistics
• Critical Thinking course
• English 1A or equivalent (written communication)
• Oral Communication
• Pass NCLEX-RN licensing exam
