IT Project Management Office

The IT Project Management Office manages:

1. The campus IT service catalog and associated ticketing system;
2. A bi-annual intake and prioritization process for proposed IT Projects;
3. Management of all approved IT Projects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Important Dates

• 08/15/19 - How to complete a compelling Project Scope - Beach Hall Conference Room. 1-3pm.
• 9/3/19 - Fall Intake period opens
• 10/1/19 - Fall Intake period closes
• 11/22/19 - Projects scored and submitted to Cabinet for approval
• 12/6/19 - Proposals submitted to Cabinet for approval - unfunded requests are resolved
• 1/10/2020 - Approved projects scheduled for Spring implementation
• 3/2/20 - 4/3/20 Spring 2020 Intake period
