Would you like to work with CSU Monterey Bay?

If you are interested in becoming a Vendor with CSU Monterey Bay:

  1. If you're a new vendor, the process begins with filling out a Vendor Data Record (VDR) to tell us about your business.
  2. Once you have completed the VDR, please email it to fso_business@csumb.edu so we can get your paperwork processed.
  3. Once you are in our system, someone will contact you to request the appropriate documents (like liability insurance or a rate sheet), and to prepare a Service Agreement between you and CSUMB. Please see our insurance requirements.
  4. Once all appropriate documentation has been completed, your company will be added to our active vendor database.

Please note: Gen./Auto/WC Insurance Certificates with endorsement and additionally insured language must be presented to Business and Support Services for review. (See requirements in the CSU Contract General Provisions for Services Acquisitions, which your company will have to agree too).
