- Doors, door replacements, hinges, levers, and exit devices
- ADA door openers
- Burglary alarms and code access
- Safes, padlocks, and access to combinations
- Campus master keys
- Electronic door locking schedule
Access Requests
Copy the following information into the service request window and fill out the information for each request
- Recipient:
- Otter ID:
- Appointment Status (Perm, Temp, or Student):
- End Date (If Temp. or Student): m/d/yy
- Card Access (Yes/No):
- Key (Standard Key/*Master):
- Alarm Code (Yes/No):
- Building/Room Number of access requested:
- Approving authority:
*Note - Master request requires VP approval
