To comply with new privacy laws and data security regulations, the domain address (URL) to Kuali Research is changing to: https://csumb.kuali.co/dashboard/. Please change your bookmarks NOW as the old URL will be ineffective as of 1/1/19.
At the new URL for Kuali Research you will be treated to a preview of the new dashboard under configuration as of 12/1/18. We anticipate the dashboard functionality to be fully configured by 1/1/19, sending you data about proposals routing (by you or to you), deliverables due (by you or your departmental faculty), and other information relevant to you as an individual user (aka: role-based data permissions).
To accomplish common tasks, like viewing your Action List, click the clipboard icon button and look for the card called "Quick Links". Note that, per my prior message regarding Human Subjects Research submissions (see attached for refresher), you can ALSO get to Kuali Protocols from here. The direct URL to Kuali Protocols remains https://csumb.kuali.co/protocols/portal/dashboard, but now you can access it from your dashboard in Kuali Research too.
Another way to access all the familiar tools, like your Action List, is to click the link icon and begin typing. Use your mouse to select/click the item from the picklist (hitting the enter/return key doesn't work).

For the past 12 years InfoEd has been the system delivering reminders to you, your Chairs and Deans, about sponsored programs deliverables (internal/external reports due) and Human Subjects Research (IRB) reporting compliance. We are currently in the process of transitioning deliverables to Kuali Research, our electronic research administration system. In fact, your new award deliverables are already being entered and tracked in Kuali while your old award deliverables will gradually migrate to Kuali as time permits. Human Subjects Research reports are transitioning after award deliverables and a separate message to that effect will be forthcoming.
A couple of important things to note:
Training on how to view-access your deliverables on demand (in addition to monthly email notifications), will be made available shortly here: Kuali User Documentation (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3N0JVPdVcxpRXBBWUU4Qk8xLWc?usp=sharing). Recall that PI access to Kuali is new so if you have any problems accessing your information, your configurations may require some adjusting. Email Jen Bliss, jbliss@csumb.edu, for access/technical issues. Email SPO Staff, spo@csumb.edu, with questions about deliverables.
