• August 24 - MANDATORY MSW Field Instructor Orientation for all new Agency Field Instructors (Agency Task Managers strongly encouraged to attend): 9am-12:30pm, Ocean Hall, building 86, room C120
• August 27 - MSW Field Placements and classes BEGIN
• September 3 - Labor Day (CAMPUS CLOSED)
• September 17 - MSW Field Learning Agreements DUE
• November 14 - Field Advisory Committee Meeting: 4pm-6pm, CSUMB University Center, conference room 116
• November 12 - Veteran’s Day Observed (CAMPUS CLOSED)
• November 19-21 - Fall Break for students - Students not expected to be in field
• November 22-23 - Thanksgiving Break (CAMPUS CLOSED)
• December 5 - MSW Field Applications & Revised Resumes DUE
• December 10 - First Semester Field Progress Reports DUE
• December 14 - Last day of instruction/Last Day of Field Placement *(240 field hours completed)

**Master of Social Work students are required to complete a minimum of 960 field placement hours with approximately 240 hours per semester.
