Class of 2015
B.A. (Behavioral Biology) Boston University
I'm an illustrator and designer from just outside New Haven, CT. I've been utterly devoted to birds since I was ten, and for a long time I wanted to study avian cognition. Halfway through my college career, I rediscovered my love of art. Deciding drawing birds was more fun than writing endless papers about them, I started looking into science illustration as a career. Over the next few years I discovered the joys of paleoart, took several art classes, and spent time volunteering in the Yale Peabody Museum's preparation lab, which convinced me I was in the right professional field and encouraged me to apply here.
