Biography

Kat Cantner is the science illustrator for the American Geosciences Institute in Alexandria, Virginia and she currently lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Kat illustrates for EARTH Magazine and developed content for The Geoscience Handbook 2016. She is currently submitting illustrations for Aerial Geology and is writing and illustrating geology books for children. Kat has an academic background in geology and archaeology and a Masters in oceanography.
