Biography

Heather grew up in Santa Cruz, California. Inspired by the natural beauty and fascinating ecosystems there, she has always strived to be involved with biological research. She spent her time in college and following years exploring the fields of marine science and zoology, from marine mammal training and coral reef research to veterinary work and wildlife rehabilitation. Now she loves being able to continue contributing to the scientific community by using a combination of her passions, art and science.
