Focuses on the Federal tax laws for businesses and individuals. Problem-solving is the basis of learning. Textbook problems simulating CPA exam questions are the primary basis of learning. Also covers legal and ethical dilemmas encountered in the practice of tax law and accounting. Course does not cover tax-form preparation. (In-class, hybrid, or online format).[Prereq: BUS 203 and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
