Dr. Judson has served in leadership positions in a county public health department, non-profit medical system, and statewide primary care association. She has designed, managed, and evaluated health programs, and developed and advocated for equitable health care policies. As an academic, she has extensive mist/curriculum design experience, using community-based participatory research methods to democratize the process, and teaches public health, policy, program design, and international health.
Ignacio Navarro specializes in Policy Analysis, Land/Housing Economics, and Program Evaluation Methods. His research has been published in leading journals such as Regional Science and Urban Economics, The American Review of Public Administration, and Administration and Society. He has also worked as an evaluation consultant for projects in the fields of education and child abuse prevention.
