Important Information for your temporary relocation to East Campus

RA on Duty

Please call the RA on Duty at 831-402-9027 for any concerns, questions, or needs. RA's will be staying on the court with you and completing rounds just as they would on Main Campus so please utilize them as a resource.

Work Orders

In order to place a work order in East Campus, you must call 831-883-3157. This will put you in touch with an Alliance team member or answering service that will handle your concern.

Parking and Transportation

Please be sure your East Campus temporary parking permit is displayed on your dashboard at all times. You must follow standard parking procedure to obtain a guest pass for an overnight guest should they need one.

The MST bus system is still running once per hour. Visit the Monterey-Salinas Transit website for information on specific routes.

Laundry

The Frederick Park I laundromat is located at 2801 Saratoga Court, and is open 24/7. The cost is $1.25 per load to wash and/or dry. The machines only accept quarters, so please come prepared.

Trash and Recycling

Trash pick-up in East Campus is on Wednesday. Please set out any trash you may have in the bins provided at your unit. Recycling can be placed in the blue bin, while landfill waste is placed in the grey bin. All bins containing waste should be placed on the curb in front of your unit on Tuesday night for early morning pick-up on Wednesday.

General Reminders

Though internet is accessible in East Campus, you must have a modem and router to connect to it. If you purchase these for your relocation stay, please remember that you cannot use these items at your Main Campus housing assignment.

Dining facilities across campus will be closed for the duration of your stay in East Campus so please plan accordingly.
