Housing Rates
To assist our students with their financial planning, Student Housing & Residential Life offers a rate lock structure for Main Campus and East Campus. Rates typically increase by about 5 percent per year. All housing and meal plan fees are due in accordance to CSUMB Tuition/Fees Deadlines.
2019-2020 Student Housing Rates
The terms of your license agreement makes you financially responsible for your housing assignment for the full academic year.
Residence Halls Per Semester

Students that reside in the Residence Halls are required to purchase a meal plan. Meal Plans are not included in the housing rates.

2019-20 Meal Plans
To request a change to your meal plan please fill out this form. Freshmen will be required to select among three (3) "freshmen" mandatory Dining Plans. For more information on meal plans visit the CSUMB Dining web page.

Making payments
Main Campus Housing
To make payments for Main Campus (Residence Halls, North Quad, or Promontory): follow the steps at csumb.edu/payments. Main Campus payments are per semester and are due when tuition is due.

To make your monthly payments for East Campus you can either set up an account on the Alliance Rent Cafe site and make a payment, or in person at 603 Thomas Court, Marina, CA 93933 with a check. East Campus Payments are month to month are are due by the 1st of each month.
