Introduce students to the concepts of the intermodal transportation of produce and commodities using advanced analytical tools such as SAS, @risk and GIS (ArcMap etc). Application of shipping, logistics, fleet and warehouse management tools to perishable commodities such as fruits and vegetables. Classroom-based, hybrid or online courses. [Prereq: (BUS 204 and BUS 358) and (Junior or Senior Standing) and (Prereq or Coreq: BUS 309)]
