Instructor
Theory course/field work in community development, synthesizing service learning/community health nursing concepts necessary to manage and/or deliver care to individuals, families, and populations across lifespan. Student integrates concepts that inform practice in diverse local populations by applying global health, health promotion/disease prevention constructs. Focuses on social justice/equity, cultural equity, cultural humility and civic responsibility. (Requires dept consent and RN license.)
