This introductory course focuses on introducing students to the concepts, principles and practices necessary to effectively participate in public sector governance. This course provides students with theoretical and practical information on the public sector, the role of government and nonprofit organizations in citizen engagement, delivery of public services, and the interconnectedness of government and nonprofit sector.[Prereq: GE Area A4 and (STATS 100 or CHHS 203)]
