Describes strategic management theory and practice, strategy formulation process, and implementation and evaluation activities. (Offered every semester; sections may be offered as classroom-based, hybrid, or online.)[Prereq: BUS 308 and (BUS 309 or BUS 311 or BUS 312) and BUS 310 and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
