Examines human resource management challenges confronting decision making in a rapidly challenging global environment. Focuses on motivation, cross-cultural communication, ethics, recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, health and safety in the workplace, legal requirements and limitations, affirmative action, and career development. (Offered classroom-based, hybrid or online.)[Prereq: BUS 305 and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
