This course examines financial aspects of firm decisions; presents theoretical underpinings for financial management, together with quantitative techniques used to analyze financial questions. Covers financial analysis and planning; valuation methods; determination of required return; effect of capital structure decisions; funding alternatives; and corporate risk management.
