Focus on sustainable hospitality operations management with emphasis on delivery of quality customer service, addressing responsible initiatives, and unique operational challenges. The course reviews the history and development of the hospitality industry, and future considerations and outlook, including trends and the development of sustainable hospitality operations. Students engage in generating ideas for hospitality operations. [Prereq: (BUS 299 and HOSP 300 and BUS 304 and BUS 305 with a C- or better) and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
