Examines venture formation and growth following completion of a business plan. Focuses on ongoing marketing, accounting, financial, and human resource management issues. Students examine startup and growth management issues faced by real-life ventures, and meet with entrepreneurs, and investors. Students also receive guidance on approaching potential sources of capital.
