    Introduces new students in the CHHS major to the field practice process. Discussion includes the application of academic work and MLO competencies in field practice settings, self-reflection, the roles and responsibilities between the student and field mentor, and the relationships in a field practice setting. CHHS 396S is approved to meet the upper division service learning requirement.[Prereq: (Junior or Senior Standing) and CHHS 300 with a C- or better]
