Intro to Project Management: Covers fundamental project frameworks such as scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement. Discusses management skills required to lead a team to successful completion of projects. Students will select and apply project management processes throughout the project life cycle to deliver successful projects, particularly: strategic alignment, project appraisal and planning, human resource management, budgeting and control, quality and risk management, contract management and the management of change.
