Examines human resource management challenges confronting decision making in a rapidly challenging global environment. Focuses on motivation, cross-cultural communication, ethics, recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, health and safety in the workplace, legal requirements and limitations, affirmative action, and career development. [Prereq: BUS 305 with a C- or better and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
