Mail & Packages
East Campus
Mail and packages are delivered to your mailbox in East Campus and are handled by the USPS or other provider. Contact your mail/package provider for questions about delivery.
Main Campus
You can receive your mail from your mailbox, located on the first floor of the building you reside in. Packages and mail too large for your mailbox can be picked up at the Student Housing & Residential Office. Promontory packages can be picked up at the Promontory office in building B of Promontory.
Packages
If a package arrives for you, you will receive an email notification to pick up your package. You can pick up packages in the Student Housing & Residential Life Office in the Otter Student Center. Promontory packages can be picked up at the Promontory office in building B of Promontory.
Packages should not be sent to a student more than two weeks prior to the start of classes. All packages unclaimed for two weeks will be returned to sender.

Outgoing mail & packages
Outgoing letter mail can be placed in the outgoing mailbox near the students mailbox. If a student has a package that is larger than letter mail they will need to go to the Post Office or other delivery service.
