Thomas Jones
Biography
Tom E. Jones is president of WORx an Organization Development firm based in Pacific Grove, California. He works with organizations to provide contemporary solutions to complex problems. In the classroom he draws from a background of thirty years as a turnaround consultant to Fortune 500 companies, public agencies, private businesses, and healthcare providers to improve performance outcomes and raise productivity levels.
Dr. Jones has previously taught for The University of Maryland, Redlands University, California State University, Fresno, San Jose State University, and Pacific University. He provided class room instruction for undergraduate students and thesis oversight for masters degree students in Human Resource Development; Leadership; Organizational
Behavior; System Theory, Group Dynamics, and Management.
