Rachael Kehoe

Work History:
I have been in Home Health Care for 30 years as an Administrator and Director of a for profit corporation. My company was purchased by a national organization in 2005. In February 2006 I began a new position within the organization as part of the National Accounts Executive team. My clients include several large health plans across the United States as well as all three Tricare regions and many VA hospitals. I successfully passed my 12 year mark with the company. Now, I am a regional Vice President for Sales with a national home health organization. My territory is California, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.

Prior to Home Health I held positions in Marketing (product management for a bank and direct mail company), Strategic Planning (for a savings and loan), and Stock Brokerage firms (where I held three licenses for stock, bond, and option trading). I have been on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels, our local health plan, and have consulted on the start-up of two home care agencies, one free standing and one hospital based.

Teaching Experience:
Since August of 2002 I have been facilitating undergraduate and graduate level courses for UOP Online in leadership, business, health care marketing, health care organizations, and management. I also have worked with the California State University at Dominguez Hills/Monterey campus in the graduate school of nursing teaching Health Care Policy and Economics. I am currently with California State University Monterey Bay as part time faculty in the College of Business.

Personal Notes:
I am married, have two great children, and live on the Monterey Peninsula. My daughter graduated college and is working in Los Angeles. My son is a senior in college. I also have a dog, one cat, and one fish. I love the outdoors, swimming, to travel, and learning. I am the youngest of eight children (with only one sister!). I have also lived in Arizona and Southern California.
