David Wisneski

I grew up in Englewood, Colorado a suburb south of Denver. Attended University of Colorado for undergraduate degree in Applied Math and graduate degree in Computer Science. While a student I interned at IBM and joined IBM after graduation and worked as software engineer at IBM working on relational database (DB2) and object-oriented application servers (WebSphere, ObjectGrid, JPA) until 2010. I am now teaching math and computer science courses at community college and CSU Monterey Bay. I have enjoyed math and computer science and want to pass on my excitement to interested students. My wife (also a software engineer) and I enjoy hiking and traveling and have hiked the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Yosemite and have traveled to China, Japan, Thailand, Australia, England, France, Italy and Germany.
