Study of leadership theories and practices within multicultural settings. Explores how cultural values and worldviews shape leadership definitions, styles, and communication.  Emphasis on deliberative and decision-making processes, conflict resolution, and ethics.   (Prereq: GE Areas A1 and A2 and A3 with a C- or better)
