ED 607: Adolesc Develop & Learning

Course description

Examines physical, cognitive, social, and moral development of adolescents in grades 6-12, with an emphasis on the relationship to learning in diverse cultural contexts. Students consider the nature of the learning process, the connection between learning strategies and learning outcomes, and the psychological principles underlying congruent pedagogy as related to teaching.
