BUS 437: Applied Logistics

Course description

Introduce students to the concepts of the intermodal transportation of produce and commodities using advanced analytical tools such as SAS, @risk and GIS (ArcMap etc). Application of shipping, logistics, fleet and warehouse management tools to perishable commodities such as fruits and vegetables. [Prereq: ((BUS 204 or STAT 100) and (BUS 202) and (Prereq or Coreq: BUS 309) with a C- or better) and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
