BUS 305: Principles of Management

Course description

Concepts of management including managerial roles, organizational and team dynamics, leadership and motivation, decision making, ethical and legal issues, and communication. Individually and in teams, students explore how organizations do or do not function effectively in international and multicultural contexts. Students also develop management plans as part of multi-course business planning process. (Offered classroom-based, hybrid or online.) [Prereq: (BUS 204 or Elementary Stats equivalent with a C- or better) and (Junior or Senior Standing)]
